The fees do not include the “état des lieux”
Our fees must be payed at the signature of the final Sale contract or Rental contract
Our fees must be payed directly to Houzing SAS by the person establish as “mandant” in the contracts “mandat de vent” or “mandat de location”.
A part from these service fees Houzing and Houzing Agents can not receive any other funds from clients.
